Over the past 20 years, a multi-level, all-round opening up pattern in Fujian has taken shape. Fujian has established contact with the rest of the world in the fields of economy and trade, science and technology, culture and education, and human resources. Each year delegations led by heads of state, government and officials at ministerial level have come to visit Fujian. |
